All data processing activities are conducted in compliance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By visiting our venue or using our services, you acknowledge that any disputes arising from privacy matters will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

3. Data Collection and Purpose

We process your data based on performance of a contract, legal obligation, or our legitimate interest (such as safety).

  • Contact & Communication: If you send us a message, we store your name and email address to respond to your inquiry.
  • Events & Ticketing: When purchasing tickets for our theme events, we process your name, email, and payment details to facilitate entry.
  • CCTV (Video Surveillance): For the safety of our guests and staff, we use CCTV in and around the club. This is based on our legitimate interest in security.
  • Lost & Found: If you lose an item, we only store your contact details to return the item to you.

4. Retention Periods

We do not store data longer than necessary:

  • CCTV Footage: Maximum of 28 days, unless an incident is recorded that must be shared with the police.
  • Administrative Records: In accordance with Dutch tax retention obligations (7 years).
  • Inquiries: Until your request has been fully resolved.

5. Sharing with Third Parties

We never sell your data. We only share data when strictly necessary, for example with:

  • Website hosting and IT providers.
  • Payment providers (for ticket sales).
  • Government authorities (if legally required, such as a police investigation).

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Access: You may request to see what data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: You may have incorrect data updated.
  • Erasure: You may request that your data be deleted (‘the right to be forgotten’).
