The event is organized in collaboration with KinkAwareCoach, a kink-aware professional who provides workshops and coaching in BDSM and fetish-related activities. Their presence adds a layer of knowledge and safety that makes the event especially accessible for first-timers who may want encouragement or guidance.

- Entry to the event is strictly 18+.
- Drugs are not permitted.
- The wardrobe (free) is mandatory.
- Safe sex. The focus of the event is BDSM, not sex, although sex may happen. Condoms and lubricant are freely available.
- No photo or video recording is allowed.
- The Meantime does not enforce a strict dress code, but we aim to create a sexy atmosphere together. So no streetwear. Show that you’ve made an effort to look good at The Meantime.
- You are required to order at least two drinks at the bar.
- Do not disturb others during their play.
- Staff decisions are final.
