Due to the new sound regulation Eagle invested in soundproof insulation to meet the standards. All walls and ceiling aer now insulated and a new soundproof wall was installed in the darkroom to prevent any sound to the neighbors. Of course we want to meet that standard to avoid any complaints of the neighbors.
